MASIMBA HOLDINGS LIMITED WE ARE HIRING: SITE QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: * Manage site-level cost control, measurement and commercial administration. * Prepare project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, valuations and payment applications. * Monitor material usage, subcontractor costs and expenditure against approved budgets. * Manage variations, claims, contractual records and commercial risks. * Support procurement, subcontractor assessments, final accounts and project close-out.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications and Experience: * Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent recognised qualification. * Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in construction, preferably in civil engineering, roads, infrastructure or mining-related projects. * Sound knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, measurement, valuation and subcontract administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software, including CCS or equivalent systems. * Strong commercial awareness, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of ZGCC4 FIDIC contracts is an added advantage.
