Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the above-mentioned post. The incumbent will be reporting to the Managing Director. The position exists to provide strategic direction and leadership to Easy Go Car Hire and Travel (Private Limited), a subsidiary of CMED Private Limited, ensuring profitability and continuity of the Car Hire and Driver Training Units. The incumbent will spearhead policy implementation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth strategies in line with CMED’s corporate objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic direction and implement growth strategies. 2. Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial management. 3. Ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and vehicle maintenance. 4. Drive marketing, public relations, and stakeholder engagement. 5. Supervise staff, manage performance, and support human resources policies. 6. Strengthen brand reputation through exhibitions, events, and CSR initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Experience • A relevant degree in Business Administration/Management/Transport or related field. • A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field. • Membership to a professional body • Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least three years within transport or service industries. • Strong financial management, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proven ability to lead teams, implement policies, and drive profitability. Attributes • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills. • Results-oriented, compliance-driven, and innovative. • Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster positive corporate reputation. • Analytical capabilities • Creative problem solving and project management abilities
